A cop ACP Jay Suryavanshi trains a criminal Raja to apprehend a deadly underworld don Jagat Jogia. Jay performs a surgery and implants a transmitter in Raja's leg to keep a track of Raja's movements. But the mission falters when Raja falls in love with Mini, breaching one of the mission's rules. The film follows his journey of helping the police capture the bad guys, which puts not only his own life but also Mini's life in grave danger.
